Low fat "cheezy" topping

A simple and delicious topping for dishes such as lasagne or moussaka, this saves topping saves the bother of making a cheese sauce. It's healthier too!

250g Low fat fromage frais
2 Eggs beaten
25g Mature cheddar

Carefully mix the beaten eggs into the fromage frais, until smooth. Pour the mixture over your pre-prepared dish and sprinkle with the cheddar. Bake for 20 minutes at gas 6.
