Low fat "cheezy" toppingA simple and delicious topping for dishes such as lasagne or moussaka, this saves topping saves the bother of making a cheese sauce. It's healthier too!
Carefully mix the beaten eggs into the fromage frais, until smooth. Pour the mixture over your pre-prepared dish and sprinkle with the cheddar. Bake for 20 minutes at gas 6. |
