Fruit SaladSimple and delcious. The lime zest gives the salad nice syrupy taste.
A rich and delicious fruit salad; healthy and simple to prepare. Cut the passion fruit in half and scrape the flesh and seeds into a serving dish. Grate the peel of the lime into the dish and then squeeze in the juice. Add the peaches and a dash of sherry. Now make up the fruit salad with whatever fruit you choose: a mixture of exotic and citrus fruit is good. The fruit salad is best left at room temperature for a couple of hours before serving. |
