The quantities for this muesli mix are rather arbitrary. I make up this mix in smallish quantities (about 10 portions) and tend to put the oats in first, because otherwise there isn't room for them at the end. The only essential ingredients, in my opinion, are the brazil nuts and the oats. Linseeds are good because they swell and fill you up after you eat them. More ingredients gives more variety. I don't always even bother to chop the fruit.
