This classic pasta sauce is best made from the very best ingredients- you only need to use a little at a time.

2oz 50g Fresh basil leaves
2T Pine kernels
2 cloves Garlic
5 1/2oz 60g Freshly grated parmesan
4fl oz 125ml Olive oil

Place the garlic, pine nuts and basil in a blender and chop finely. Blend in the olive oil and then stir the mixture into the grated cheese. Store the sauce in a glass jar for up to 3 weeks.
