This classic pasta sauce is best made from the very best ingredients- you only need to use a little at a time.
2oz | 50g | Fresh basil leaves |
2T | Pine kernels | |
2 cloves | Garlic | |
5 1/2oz | 60g | Freshly grated parmesan |
4fl oz | 125ml | Olive oil |
Place the garlic, pine nuts and basil in a blender and chop finely. Blend in the olive oil and then stir the mixture into the grated cheese. Store the sauce in a glass jar for up to 3 weeks.
