| 1 Tomato per person (good flavour) |

Slice the tomatoes thinly and tear the basil leaves, rather than chopping. Mix all the ingredients together. Leave to marinade for at least 1 hour in a covered bowl (important!). Cook spaghetti as normal and mix with the tomato mixture. Can be served with Mozarella cheese slices.
