| 2 | Onions |
| 2 cloves | Garlic |
| 2T | Fresh Parmesan, grated |
| 4T | Tomato Puree |
| 8oz | fresh breadcrumbs |
| 2 | Eggs |
| 4oz | Mushrooms, finely chopped |
| 1T | Soy sauce |
| 2T | Olive oil |
| 2T | Sunflower seeds |
Finely chop the onions, press the garlic and beat the eggs. Mix together all of the ingredients. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grease a half pound loaf tin and put greaseproof paper or foil in the bottom. Firmly press the mixture into the tin and cover with foil. Bake in a preheated oven at Gas 4 for 1 hour, removing the cover after about 45 minutes. Turn out onto a plate before serving.
